Baba Balak Nath Temple- 

This famous temple is at Deoth Sidh in Hamirpur district.  A legend about the temple goes that Balak Nath was a sanyasi boy born at Girnar in Kathiawar and was endowed with miraculous powers. He made many pilgrimages and ultimately settled at Talai.It was here that Balak got his true light and this place became famous as a place of worship. Another tradition says that a chela of Surukhnath while grazing cattle used to drink their milk and the villagers in the evening always found their cattle dry. They in distress went to a great miracle worker who agreed to graze their cows and protect them. The significance of Deoth Sidh begins from that time.

Sujanpur Tira Temples- 

There are three main temples at Sujanpur Tira, namely, Narbadeshvara, Gauri Shankara and Murali Manohara Temples. The Gauri Shankara Temple is situated at the top of the old fort. The walls of this temple are covered with paintings. This was built during the reign of Sansar Chand in *1804. Other temples worth mentioning at Sulanpur Tihra are those of Ganesha, Surya and Lakshmi Narayana.

1540:-   Sher Shah Suri ordered his able General Khawas Khan to bring Nagarkot and other Hill areas under his subjugation. Khawas Khan succeeded in his mission.
